Salon / Stylist Protocol

Strict adherence to state safety guidelines + regulations
BARBICIDE® Certification (tools + surface sterilization) for all staff
Daily staff temperature check and wellness verification
Face masks must be worn at all times
Rigorous disinfecting protocols between each client for stylist stations, shampoo stations, high-touch points, bathrooms, etc.
No waiting area, changing area or usual amenities
Only customers with appointments may enter the salon
Limited capacity to maintain social distancing
No beard trims
Contactless hand sanitizer dispensers installed at entry points
Plexiglass guard + new POS for contactless check-out

Client Protocol

If you’re experiencing any COVID-19 symptoms or have been exposed to someone with COVID-19, please reschedule
Client temperature check prior to entry
Client waiver acceptance prior to entry
Face mask must be worn at all times
Wash hands (for 20 seconds) or sanitize upon entry
Be on time for your appointment or you may forfeit your spot
Leave personal belongings (where possible) in car
Be prepared to wait in car until called
No changing room so please dress accordingly for color appointments
Upcharge for extra color as needed
Keep conversations to a minimum
Maintain a minimum safe distance from other customers in the salon
